1. What recipient information is required to send money to UK?

SORT code: The SORT code is a 6-digit number used for domestic bank transactions in the UK and Ireland. (e.g., 12-34-56, 123456, 12 34 56)

⚠️ Incorrect recipient account details may cause your remittance to be rejected or make a refund difficult to process.
⚠️ Remittances to foreign-currency accounts other than GBP (e.g., USD) are not supported.

While documents are under review: no refund fee.
After a remittance is rejected and the status becomes 'Modification requested': refund fee of KRW 1,000.
While 'Sending' / processing at the receiving bank / 'Sent': the remittance has already been delivered locally and is non-refundable.
Other: If there is no response for 14 days or more after the status becomes 'Modification requested' due to a data error, fees will be charged according to the previous remittance step before refunding. (*See the terms for details.)
